Puuuuuh, very tired!

Hello everyone,

a couple of weeks ago I was with Sarah. She is a trainee teacher at Friedrich-Schiller-Schule in Neuhausen auf den Fildern (I've never heard about this town but it's quite cool! :-) )

Sarah took me to school in the evening after she came back from her Seminar in Reutlingen. I thought I will have a relaxed evening but - NO.

Well, as I said, we went to school. But I only saw older poeple, no pupils. Sarah told me that the ladies and gentlemen would be the parents of her pupils.

The evening seemed to be interesting for the parents because they stayed until 11 pm!!!! I was soooo tired. But the parents didn't recognized and asked many questions.

Sarah told me that parents get useful information when they attend such events. But I was glad when I came back home. Immediatly, I fell asleep!

bearasanartist/BirgitReutlingen

Dear everybody,

I´m the first of my seminar to take our bear on a trip to lovely Oberschwaben. Actually I think he more looks like a dog ... anyway...

I am a teacher trainee at the Seminar in Reutlingen for secondary school. My subjects are English and Fine Art. I´m teaching at the Realschule Bad Waldsee and on my first days at the new school I took part in an art project. All pupils of our "Schulzentrum"from grade 8 (Gymnasium, Realschule, Hauptschule, Förderschule) had the chance to participate in a workshop for three days. Our big topic was "Eat-Art". The workshops were run by artists as well as teachers. The students were supposed to work alone or together on one piece which will be exhibit in our local gallery for about four weeks. THere is going to be a rela opening of the show and in previous years some of the pieces were even sold.

On the first picture you see our bear sitting between exotic fruit, while the "Photo-workshop" was taking pictures in the local supermarket.
